2026 AGM and 2027 Membership Renewals

AGM NOTIFICATION

The 2026 AGM notice has been emailed to all members. The AGM will be held on Sunday 12 July 2026 at 9:30am

If you are a member and have not received the AGM notification email by 1 June 2026, you will need to do one of two things:

• Provide us with your correct email address - remembering that each member requires their own email address; or

• Check your spam or junk folders and add our email address to your "safe senders" list. Sometimes our emails are incorrectly filtered by mail providers.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL NOTICES

Membership renewal notices, containing fee details and links to the new declaration and payment page will be sent in the coming days.

IMPORTANT

We have emailed all members to provide warning about the changes to this years renewal process. We have also tried on a number of occasions over the past few months to contact each member who needs to make changes to their details, or provide further information by SMS and email. We will not be making any further attempts to chase anyone who has not responded to our previous requests.

We will not be responsible if your membership lapses or is not renewed by the annual reporting date to the Firearms Registry.
