Many members are missing our emails through no fault of their own.
Providers like Gmail, Outlook and Bigpond have been regularly filtering our emails to spam and junk folders. Those folders generally get purged after 30 days.
To help get out emails here's a few tips that may help:
For Outlook
Click on "Settings" (its the gear icon)

The create a Rule to stop Outlook from "helping" bin our emails.
Click on the circled items (from left to right), then fill in the boxes with the red arrows.
Rule Name: Whatever you want to call it
Add a condition: "Sender address includes" "ceccnockdhc"
Add an action: "Move to" "Inbox" (or wherever you want it)
Click "Save" (not shown)

For Gmail
Click on Show Search Options

Enter filter settings in the From field: cessnockdhc
Click: "Create Filter"
Note: Its important to use the asterisks (*) before and after the word "cessnockdhc

Click "Never Send it to Spam"
Click "Create Filter"
